Many pages in our web site contain Adobe Portable Document Format files.  These will be indicated by the symbol.  You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these, which is available free by clicking this link .

Action->Run batch file

1.Go to Main menu ->Action -> Run batch file.

2.In the file list, select the corresponding batch file. (e.g., for hippocampus tissue, select "hipp.bat".),then press "OK".

3.. After a few minutes the segmentation result is ready.
