Policy Summary: Every individual who operates or directs operation
of fluoroscopy equipment on humans for routine clinical or research purposes
within HFHS-POG must complete radiation safety training on the safe use
of fluoroscopy equipment and provide documentation of this training to the Radiation Safety Office. The full HMEC approved policy follows: Prior Certification For those individuals who have already completed suitable fluoroscopy safety training, the form used to document the training follows. Individuals who can demonstrate this training are not required to do additional training. Please print either the Microsoft Word Document or the web page and fill in the necessary information:
